Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. We are currently accepting a limited number of engagements to preserve the personal, physician-led standard of every flight. Each engagement begins with a private consultation so we can understand your itinerary, health considerations, and objectives before you ever board.

We are now taking reservations for 2027 — submit your travel dates here and our team will be in touch within 24–48 hours.

No. Aeros Medical does not participate in or bill insurance. Our independence from insurers is what allows care to be dictated by your needs alone — never by a payor's rules.

We offer both. Although many clients engage with us across all of their travel, we welcome one-time, à la carte engagements as well. The scope and details are tailored during your consultation.

Both. Our physicians accompany clients on private jets and commercial flights alike. Certain in-flight services — such as IV infusion therapy and the full longevity suite — are available exclusively on private aircraft, where the cabin is yours.

Absolutely. All evaluations and treatments occur in the privacy of your aircraft cabin or private terminal — never in a hospital, never in public view. Documentation is HIPAA-compliant and encrypted, and records are shared only with the physicians you designate, on your explicit authorization.

We complement — never replace — your existing care team. Before your flight, our escort physician is briefed on your full protocol. After your flight, a complete report is shared securely with your physician on your authorization. Your concierge practice stays fully informed at every step.

Yes. All itineraries are accommodated, worldwide. Our jet lag mitigation protocols, and our customs medication documentation service, are built precisely for clients whose lives span continents.

Every Aeros Medical provider is a board-certified emergency medicine physician. Many carry additional fellowship training in aerospace medicine, global medicine, and toxicology — the disciplines that matter most when medicine meets altitude. Learn more on our About page.
